| Development of education relies on teachers'qualities.We should foster ability of students'in Teachers'college to develop teachers'qualities.The psychological qualities 6f students of teachers'college are the most important. This study is to find out present situation about the psychological qualities and adaptation of students in Teachers'college.In this study,559 students from Shandong Normal University and Hebei Normal University are surveyed by using Psychological Qualities of Students of Teachers'school which was made by Zhang jinghuan and College Student Adaptability Inventory which was made byLu Xiefeng.Through data analyzed, results is achieved as follow:1. the psychological qualities of normal university students is medium.The mark of Self-monitoring is the highest, The mark of Objectivity is the lowest. Adaptation to college medium -high. The mark of Livelihood Self-management Adaptability is the highest. The mark of Envimmental General Evalution is the lowest.2. Sense of Responsibility, Creativity and Non-ascendancy are significant difference in gender; Sense of educational efficacy is significant difference in division; Creativity is significant difference in locality.Career Choice Adaptability is significant difference in division; Interpersonal Adaptability,Self-Adaptability are significant difference in locality, Envimmental General Evalution is significant difference in grade.3 The psychological qualities of normal university students and its eight factors have positive correlation with their adaptation to college and its seven factors. Achievement motivation,Persistence,Self-monitoring Non-ascendancy and Role Identification can predict Learning-adaptability.Persistence,Achievement-motivation,Self-monitoring,Non-ascendancy ,Role Identification and Objectivity can predict Interpersonal Adaptability. Achievement motivation, Sense of educational efficacy, Persistence and Creativity can predict Self-Adaptability. Achievement motivation, Role Identification Persistence and Self-monitoring can predict Career Choice Adaptability. Sense of educational efficacy, Achievement motivation, Non-ascendancy and Persistence can predict Livelihood Self-management Adaptability. Role Identification Objectivity and Persistence can predict Envimmental General Evalution. Persistence, Objectivity, Achievement motivation and Role Identification can predict Somatic-mental Symptom. Prediction of Achievement motivation is best, Prediction of Persistence is second in all factors; Role Identification Persistence is third in all factors. |
