Migrant workers'children is a special groups as the development of social economy. As the regional changes reasons, adverse impact of politics, society, culture, education, etc, Inevitably bring about all kinds of psychological problems. However, in this kind of adverse situations, Some Teenagers can adapt to be well, it's meaningful to investigated their psychological mechanism and structure of this special group and in the dilemma, whether for their good development of physical and mental or crisis prevention and intervention.This paper applies various ways of methods especially implicit experimental method, psychobiology experiments associated with biological and psychological factors was used to study the internal Protective factors of resilience mechanism which that Perceived Social Support and Positive Emotions, The results showed that:1.There are two aspects on the resilience of the migrant workers'children, one is individual's inborn that includes perceived social support, optimism self-perception, positive emotions, active coping style, reasonable target.the other is social forces that includes sound breeding and education, child communication, home care, appropriate family expectations and reasonable system of education.2.Resilience has notable positive correlation with Perceived Social Support and Positive Emotions in the migrant workers'children, Perceived Social Support, Positive emotions, friends from various circles to support and help, negative emotions have significant effects on the resilience.3.Individuals with high psychology resilience have faster reaction time in the negative vocabulary, induced by negative mood; individuals have faster reaction time in the active vocabulary induced by positive mood; the high one has more Perceived social support.4.In the resting state, the migrant children of high resilience has more positive emotions, the skin temperature is lower. when happiness emotion induced, there're no significant differences on positive emotions, but the high resilience group has a higher skin temperature rise and lower skin conductance increase; when the sadness emotion were put, the low resilience group presents a more negative emotion and a more descend on the respiratory rate.
