Bauhaus Design College has been found more than one hundred year. Because of more and more Design work , Aesthetics caused by constructivist infiltrate into the audience's aesthetic . Mid-twentieth century, the rapid development of digital technology bring all kinds of new creativity as well as challenge. The status of traditional paper media was influenced by digital media supported by digital technology. Digital has many special advantages such as the majority of the audience Groups, Information delivery, Cheap expenditures and more means of artistic expression. Therefore, new media design is a kind of media that designers must master. On basis of a traditional paper-based media, aesthetic principles can not fully adapt to the aesthetic need. Therefore, constitute for the plane reorganizing the aesthetic rules and re-transformation is very necessary and urgent. The Article summarizes Reorganizing point for the composition of digital media law by analysis of the design points in dynamic image under the form of digital media changes.
