Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, Bai language has attracted more and more researchers to carry on the investigation and research on language's internal structure and function. The researchers have made a lot of achievements. The main content of this paper is a comprehensive description of Bai language. In addition, it also discusses the order of N/Dem/A in the language.Chapter1is a brief introduction. In Chapter2, the author selected80features from WALS and made a comprehensive description of Bai with these features, covering the phonology, morphology, Nominal Categories, Nominal Syntax, Verbal Categories, word order, Simple Clause and Complex Sentences. To a certain extent, the description complements the lack of previous research literature from the typological point of view.In Chapter3, the author made in-depth description about the order of N/Dem/A, which violates the claimed universals of NP-internal ordering rules.
