Research On Body-based Teaching Mode Of Basketball Reserve Talent Bases In Henan Province

National high-level athletic talent in Henan Province is lacking in related department responsible specially for the management of basketball. The temporary office in base school hasn't made the follow-up survey of feedback and collection of related questions and suggestions before the cultivation unit carries out base policies. The main factor affecting personnel training is still budget shortage and imbalance between authority appropriation and local fund investment. It depends mostly on authority appropriation which should be comparatively stable with local fund investment. Another main factor affecting degree of satisfaction and personnel training is leader's indifference. The propaganda and implementing of related policies in base school need to be strengthened.The way how basketball players enter the six reserve bases of national high-level athletic talent in Henan Province shows diversified forms. The equipment and facilities basically meet the demand of instruction and training. Players'attitude toward academic courses is good while self-evaluation is not as good. But most players recognize the close relationship between cultural knowledge and training, and attitude and habits of studying are the main influence factors. What players know about the related policies of bases is not enough.In six reserve bases of national high-level athletic talent in Henan Province, the scale of coaches'degree, age structure, professional title structure is unscientific and unreasonable. The coaches'degree and research need to be further improved. On training program, technique training is valued while physical training is not, the implementation ability of plan is relatively good.Through research, this article brings up several developing solutions as follows: (1)Strengthen the propaganda and implementing of base policies and establish a special base organization department. (2)Insist on the scientification of basketball player's training management and optimize the training mode of combining physical with academic education. (3)Broaden the budget channel, make sources of funding diversified and intensify the function of self blood-producing. (4)Strengthen the construction of stadiums, optimize training condition and improve the scientification of training. (5)Deepen the reform of instruction and training, pay attention to academic courses and improve players'cultural quality. (6)Strengthen the construction of coaches and improve their training, management and research level. (7)Adjust the transportation channel of basketball players to base school and improve the degree of transportation specialization.
