The National Training Plan-Jiangxi Province rural K12 key teachers network distance training is the Ministry of Education to strengthen the building of central and western rural K12 teachers an important measure. The construction of network distance platform is the effective training protection. This paper takes the teacher professional development theory, adult learning theory and constructivist learning theory as the guide, takes the questionnaire as the research method, investigate the K12 key teachers who has participated in half a year network distance training.Through the investigation,systematic understanding the key of Jiangxi Province rural K12 teachers' network training status and their training needs of the platform, based on this analysis, proposed the Jiangxi Province rural K12 key teachers' network distance training platform framework. In order to enrich and develop the network of distance education theory and practice, innovation the means of teacher professional development, provide technical support for the rural areas key teachers' professional development.
