Volunteerism is one kind of the cultural acquisition. This culture is called"The Integrated Structure of the acquiring behavior and result, which can be shared and passed by the Members of a particular society". This culture is seemed as the dominant factor of various communities establishing personality types and the social characteristics series. The enhancing of human personality is the production of objective culture.Sports Games is the special event of providing the competitive platform and relative sports products. The size and form of Sports Games will be restricted by the contest rules, traditional culture, political and economic factors. The integration of Volunteers service and Sports Games will not only promote the development and successful completion of Sports Games, but also have an important impact on the local politics, economics and culture. With the Games'management becoming intensification, globalization and marketization, the management of Games-time Volunteers has became Integrated, orderly, organized and professional. They have played an important role in the Olympics, Asian Games, or the Universiade Games. In China, the management of Games-time Volunteers has still faced the problems as lack of money, materials and legal guarantee. These problems are the investing points of the author. The author analyzed the characteristics of the Games-time Volunteers'organizational model for the Beijing Olympics Games and the Guangzhou Asian Games. The author has done a survey on the background, service motivation, service and other aspects of over 1,200 Games-time Volunteers of the Guangzhou Asian Games. Based on the result of the survey, the author raised a number of Games-time Volunteers organization and management measures and proposals for reform and improvement.
