Entering the era of knowledge economy, scientific activity is presented for characteristics of cooperation and collaboration.As an important part of state innovation system, universities play a significant role. University research team is the basic organization to carry out research activities, as knowledge production feature increasingly obvious, scientific research scale more larger,scientific research projects knowledge involed more complicated and the integration of more subjects, its research results and knowledge innovation increasingly depend on team collaboration.This paper is aimed to university scientific research team and discuss collaborative correlative factors from the perspectives of team level, establish a theoretical model took team targets, team communication, team norms, team leadership as independent variables, shared mental model as intermediary variables, team effectiveness as dependent variable,and through the questionnaire survey and statistics analysis to verify the theoretical model and the proposed hypotheses,the last results has certain practical reference significance for university scientific research team to promote team effectiveness.The results of this study obtain as follows:(1) team target, team communication, team leadership have significant positive impact to shared mental model and team effectiveness,team norms has significant impact to shared mental model and no significant impact to team effectiveness;shared mental model plays an important intermediary variable role from collaborative correlative factors to team effectiveness.(2) different dimensions of team target, team communication, team norms and team leadership have different effect path to team effectiveness.①target consistency and target difficulty have direct effect to team effectiveness, and also have indirect effect to team effectiveness through shared mental model; target stability has direct effect to team effectiveness, but can′t indirectly effect team effectiveness through shared mental model; target participation has no direct effect to team effectiveness, but can indirectly promote team effectiveness through shared mental model.②communication style has no direct effect to team effectiveness, but can indirectly promote team effectiveness through shared mental model; communication channel has no direct effect to team effectiveness and also has no indirect effect to team effectiveness through shared mental model; communication feedback has direct effect to team effectiveness, and also can indirectly promote team effectiveness through shared mental model.③team core norms and team marginal norms have no direct effect to team effectiveness,but have indirect effect to team effectiveness through shared mental model④team leadership capacity has direct effect to team effectiveness,but can′t indirectly effect team effectiveness through shared mental model; team leadership behavior has direct effect to team effectiveness, and also has indirect effect to team effectiveness through shared mental model.(3) team member′s individual feature variables (sex,identity,degree)and team feature variables (team personnel constitute,team type,team size,team development stage,team level)have effect of difference on various variables. There are significant differences on shared mental model and team effectiveness between the team members with different sex; there are significant differences on communication style between the team members with different identity; there are significant differences on communication style and team leadership behavior between the team members with different degree. There are significant differences on communication channel and team leadership capacity between the teams with different team personnel constitute; there are significant differences on target participation, communication style, communication channel, communication feedback, team core norms , team marginal norms, team leadership behavior, shared mental model and team effectiveness between the teams with different team type; there are significant differences on target stability, target participation, communication style, communication channel, communication feedback, team core norms, team marginal norms, team leadership capacity,team leadership behavior, shared mental model and team effectiveness between the teams with different team size; there are significant differences on target consistency,target stability, target participation, target difficulty,communication style, communication channel, communication feedback, team core norms , team marginal norms, team leadership capacity,team leadership behavior, shared mental model and team effectiveness between the teams with different team development stage and different team level.
