With the development of curriculum reform and curriculum leadership, teacher is considered as agent in dealing with the curriculum stuff. If the secondary school teacher can participate curriculum leadership and how they participate has been increasingly concerned about the great number of education researchers. But there are lots of problems under the actual teaching environment. These problems are worth education researcher's research under the background of the new curriculum reform, these are the purpose of this research.The paper hackles the study of curriculum leadership, analyzes the necessity and possibility that secondary teacher participate curriculum leadership in school, we found that there are lots of problems, through the investigation and interview, we understand all kinds of difficulties which teacher participate curriculum leadership in school. The teachers do not acquire the power and position that they should have. We analyzed the causes of the phenomenon, pointing out the reason of predicament in dealing wit the curriculum stuff, put forward various strategies to the teacher participating curriculum leadership in school. I wish there is something contribution to the curriculum leadership in school and teacher.The paper consists of four parts.Part one:introduction. Mainly includes why I choose this topic, the study intention and meanings, the study objective and hypothesis, the study ideas and method, the difficult points and innovation.The second part:summary of the related research. This research first present core concepts, include secondary teacher, participate, curriculum, manage and lead, curriculum management and curriculum leadership, curriculum leadership in school. Then analyze and appraise the related research all around domestic and overseas.The third part:investigation and discussion. This research mainly presents the process of survey and the result. Through the analysis and research on the first-hand information, we discovered different school has various problem of secondary teacher participating curriculum leadership in school.The fourth part:conclusion and suggestion. From the analysis, try to found the problem and reason when the secondary teacher participate curriculum leadership in school. This part discuss from three levels:national level, school leader level, and teacher level. Try to explore the effective method to promote the teacher participating curriculum leadership in school.The following are the main problems when the secondary teacher participating the curriculum leadership in school. The comprehension about the curriculum leadership is not enough overall; the circumstance of the teacher participating is not optimistic; leader in the school give not enough power to teacher; the related resources is shortage; the training layer is not high.This research put forward to some suggestions under the foundation of study. Firstly the policy level:draw up related policy to guarantee teacher's power, carry out methods like appropriate administration reward through regulation system, through systemize to guarantee teacher participate curriculum leadership in school; strengthen quality education, change the education idea, change traditional teaching method and evaluation method, so the less embodiment relation is the teacher guidance the ignorance of knowledge student, more the embodiment are mutual to influence in the process of investigating together concerning the topic for a group of individuals. Secondly the school leader level:the president put power appropriately; make use of existing course resources; build up a curriculum leadership common group. Finally the teacher oneself level:improve curriculum leadership consciousness and ability; promote professional development; perform reflective teaching; strengthen contact of the student; understand the student's individual difference.
