Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Cultivated Land And The Potential Zoning

Research on quality and quantity of cultivated land protection as well as land potential mining is the foundation for future city development, and there was a total compromise between urban expansion and cultivated land protection. Cultivated land quality evaluation is fully ascertain the regional cultivated land quality status and distribution, which is all-round to support arable land quality protection and construction. The division and evaluation of the arable land potential zoning provide guidance and reference observations as well as the spatial layout of project and the implementation of project.Mainly in the following aspects were studied:(1) Cultivated land quality evaluation. This article of cultivated land quality evaluation, on the basis of farmland land classification, combining with the latest of the second rural land survey database of Wuhan, establishing of index system, determining the index weight, useing GIS spatial analysis techniques, useing multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method, is to evaluate and analysis for arable land and adjustable land of Wuhan. After that, arable land level of far city district of Wuhan (including adjustable land),is mostly two or three level. Cultivated land quality is a gradually decreasing trend of the center outward in city-level and district-level built-up district.(2) Cultivated land potential classification. Analysised and based on arable land quality evaluation results of Wuhan, for the unit of cultivated combination factors, for the support of GIS software, the article conducts arable land quality potential classification for an instance of Analysis and Discussion of Jiangxia District of Wuhan. Arable land potential level of Jiangxia District of Wuhan is divided into four level, and the results also laid the foundation for the division of arable land potential zoning.(3) Potential chip classification. Understanding of arable land potential status conditions, according to distribution of its status quo level, combining with the planning concept, considering of the administration, location, road, river and other factors, potential chips are classificated and evaluated.The area of Jiangxia District of Wuhan is extracted and divided into45pieces of potential areas, which suggests the future improvement of cultivated land quality. Meanwhile, these results may also provide ideas and methods for the constituency of basic farmland, the constituency of land consolidation key areas, and project sites of high-yield farmland planning.
