As a kind of precious jade material, jadeite showed as a later young star in the longhistory of Chinese jade area. It became popular in the Ming and Qing Dynasties andachieved the peak in the terminal period of the Qing Dynasty. The jadeite has won thewidespread affections and attentions with its tough exquisite character, beautifullybright color, and ringing long sound. Not only the value of extremely high appreciationand decoration, the jadeite with high quality but even be more a priceless collection.The jadeite’s collecting will bring economic value, but it also represent the collector’staste and status. The rich merchants and celebrities will always be proud of owning arare jadeite which is rarely found in the world. Accompany with the prosperity of themarket economy, the jadeite has been in thousands of houses. It’s attracting more andmore people to know it, love it and then collect it.This paper focuses on the original mineral jade to chrome as the main mineralcomposition jadeitic jade stone new factory. In this study the jade rock hard chromiumaround the chemical composition, the mineral assemblage, microscopic characteristicsof key research, electronic probe to the chemical composition of the micro analysis;Using scanning electron microscopy energy spectrum analysis on chrome hard rockfeatures in the dark of the jade mineral and around the mineral carries on the surface toscan, determine the characteristics of the change in the composition of the; Using X-raypowder diffraction, the structure of the mineral to recognize.Through these tests to determine the jade hard chromium basic rock, its maincomposition mineral as hard jade, but the content is higher Cr; The secondary mineralshave horns flash stone, feldspar, mica; Deputy mineral have chromite, chromium spinel,unknown including barium minerals (suspected barium feldspar or aluminum bariumsilica).
