Landslide is the most common type of geological disasters, which is produced by some uncertain factors, including external factors and geology hydrological conditions of slope,the slope is slide with instability easily which is affected by the external factors like heavy rains or human activities, the landslide stability is the most important research topic in Geotechnical Engineering, which is widely existed in engineering field, the correct evaluation of the landslide have a direct impact on the decision of administration scheme, then the charges and the treatment result is influenced. The landslide hazard lead to seriously harm, which need high overhead expenses, the correctly and reasonable prevention scheme can not only stable the landslide but also save the overhead expense.The Anjufang landslide in Luohuang industrial park appears obvious signs of deformation during the leveling construction on leading edge, the leading edge, the postering edge and the lateral edge on slope are all have apparent crack, the design planning, the construction progress and the people’s life and property safely on slope of Anjufang are directed by the crack. In this paper, based on the information like field survey, exploration and experimental test of slope, the geological condition is discussed, including the topography, lithology, geological structure, hydrographic geology of slope,etc. then the topography, spatial morphology, composed substance, structural characteristics and deformation properties are further studied. The C、φ of slide zone soil are determined by inverse according to the laboratory test of soil sample with landslide,slip surface and combined with the deformation condition of landslide. The stability of the landslide is evaluated by the transmitting coefficient method and numerical simulation with FLAC-3D, the administration scheme is determined reasonably, the valuable experience had been provided for similar landslide stability evaluation in western mountains.The chief content and results obtained on this paper are as follows:1The geological setting of Anjufang landslide is researched, including water and weather report, topography, geological structure, hydrographic geology of slope,etc.2The basic characteristic of landslide is described in detail, including boundaries, scale, shape, composed substance and the deformation properties of landslide, the major effect factors of the deformation on landslide is discussed, the damage mechanism of landslide is summarized and the engineering geological model is established.3The C、φ of slide zone soil are determined by inverse according to the laboratory test of soil sample with landslide,slip surface and combined with the deformation condition of landslide, the necessary calculation parameters have been provided to the analyses of landslide stability and the choice of administration scheme.4The calculation results of the landslide stability with the transmitting coefficient method shows that the landslide is in the state between basic stability and stable under the self-gravity state. The heavy rain has a large affect to the landslide, the landslide stability is reduced significantly under the state of heavy rain, and the new landslide zone can be unstable.5The stress characteristics under the natural state is analyzed with FLAC:①The maximum and the minimum principal stress are all performed as compressive stress within the landslide range on the whole.②The stress level of the surroundings on landslide is low, the internal stress is high. The slide zone below the posterior edge of new landslide showed the concentration of the maximum and the minimum stress.③Due to a series low value stress zones with horizontal distribution are existed inside the slope which is showed the characteristic with relative low value zones and relative high value zones.6The deformation characteristics under the natural state is analyzed with FLAC:The deformation of slope is mainly manifested with inclined downward of outside slope, whose form of plane deformation presents the obvious narrow-cut characteristic. The high value displacement is mainly distributed in the central and back of the new landslide with the range between260meters and270meters, which is basically accord with the scene investigation.7The weakest zone in the slope is found by the Shear Strain Increment with the calculation result of FLAC, which are also the most easily damage and instability along the surface.8The analysis result of the landslide stability evaluation with the transmitting coefficient method is in good accordance with numerical simulation of FLAC-3D, which is basically accord with the scene investigation.9The landslide must be treated to retain the land of the leading edge Anjufang, the industrial enterprise which has been completed and the people’s life and property safely. According to the evaluation of the landslide stability and the argument of the engineering measures to the landslide, the administration scheme of the landslide is determined as drainage water, retaining piles, decrease load at the posterior edge and slope protection.
