With the development of coal chemical industry, some dangerous chemical products like phosgene, chlorine, ammonia can lead to some extraordinarily serious environmental pollution events during the process of production, storage, transport, sales, use and waste treatment, which also threaten the ecological environment and people’s life. Most solution for the accidental risk is depending to the dilution with fire hoses, directional drainage collection or sand but these are original and single methods. In this paper, a device that can adjust the concentration and prepare and spray solutions continuously, being applied to the preparation of different state of solute is designed for dealing with the pollution source. This study is depending on the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863Program) of major project sub-project "coal chemical industry gathering environmental risk emergency treatment and disposal technology research"(2008AA06A415-ZK4) funding.In this paper, the affection of main factors like mutual conversion of different preparation solution, the control of different solute feed, continuously and automatically ratio and spraying on the technology of emergency treatment and disposal is fully considered, and a device that can be applied to deal with the accidental environmental pollution events is designed. The design thought is combined with electrical, mechanical and liquid, so the detailed design is conducted from the three parts mentioned above. Besides, the working principle and function of the device are introduced in this paper.The vibration characteristics of the device are analyzed with FEM, as well as the modal analysis of the liquid saving box frame of the device under the situation of free state. It concludes that inherent frequency and mode shape of the box frame are obtained and the covibration maybe found in the eighth order modal frequency by comparing to engine vibration frequency that may lead to the vertical damage. The re-modal analysis is implemented after optimization of the device structure and the covibration will be disappearing by re-analyzing. The shock of the liquid in the box to the frame when the speed of movable platform change suddenly under some special situation is analyzed and the principle is provided for choosing the proper board.Emergency treatment and disposal devices and mobile platforms vibration model using ADAMS simulation analysis software on the device damping system simulation, obtained by the vibration power spectral density analysis of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the device, the transfer function and frequency response function devicehas good shock absorption system, and analyze the vibration of the device when the mobile platform to run at different speeds, to arrive at a more gentle device vibration speed of mobile platforms. Provides a basis for the smooth operation of the mobile platform.The laboratory experiments is conducted for the the emergency treatment and disposal equipment and the feasibility and reliability are proved, which provide the theory and practice for the further study.
