| In this paper,26wool/polyester blend laminating covering suits’ fabrics and14wool/polyester blend non-laminating covering suits’ fabrics’ properties and style wereresearched and analyzed. In addition, ANSYS10.0was used to simulate the suits’ fabric’smax force and max displacement when it was under the force of tensile, shear and bending,and analysis was taken between the simulation and actual results.The test of air permeability, moisture permeability, drape, wear resistance, creasedrecovery, anti-slippage and pilling. The results showed: the laminating covering suits’fabrics’ air permeability was in66~300mm/s,moisture permeability in220~650g/m2·d,dynamic drape coefficient in57.99%~68.88%, wear resistance in1.1%~6.5%,acuteelastic recovery angle in340~355°and slow angle in349~357°, warp anti-slippage in78.0N~145.0N and weft in66.0N~120.0N and pilling grade upon4. non-laminatingcovering suits’ fabrics’ air permeability was in55~273mm/s, moisture permeability in259~879g/m2·d, dynamic drape coefficient in59.52%~65.73%,wear resistance in3.3%~6.3%, acute elastic recovery angle in305~335°, slow angle in320~355°, warpanti-slippage in77~145N, weft anti-slippage in72~142N and pilling grade upon4.5.KES-FB-AUTO was used to test16basic parameters, and3style parameters werecalculated. FAST was used to test bending stiffness, constant load elongation, RS and HE,formability was calculated. The results showed: the laminating covering suits’ fabrics’formability was in0.31~0.71, RS in0.38~2.0%and HE in1.0~4.5%. non-laminatingcovering suits’ fabrics’ formability was in0.31~0.91,RS in0.40~1.62%and HE in1.2~6.0%.Style and properties of the two kinds’ suits’ fabric were compared:laminating/non-laminating suits’ fabrics’ air permeability and moisture permeability were low, anti-slippage and anti-pilling were good. Non-laminating covering suits’ fabric’swear resistance was not good but laminating covering suits’ fabric’s crease recovery wasgood. The non-laminating covering suits’ fabric’s dynamic drape was better.The stiffness, formability, RS and HE of the non-laminating covering suits’ fabricwere better, so the laminating covering suit changed small in size and good retention inshape when it was dry-cleaned.Two kinds of fabrics with the blend ratio95W/5P and70W30P were elected to makethe laminating and non-laminating covering suits. VW-6000was used to recorddisplacement of the experimenter side, rise and grip arm, ANSYS10.0was used to simulatethe displacement. The results showed: non-laminating covering suits’ max force was lowerthan laminating covering suits. When the experimenter grips arm, the95W/5P suits’ maxforce was larger than70W/30P, max displacement was smaller than70W/30P suits. Thesimulation was consistent to the actual results when the experimenter sided and rise arm. Ithad difference between simulation and actual results when the experimenter griped arm. |
