With the development of knitting technology and People’s requirement for wearing clothes,knitted clothing is gradually developing towards outer clothing and formal clothing.High-end customized suit fabric,knitted suit fabric has become a hot product,domestic and foreign well-known brands will also knitted suit fabric as high-end products.The performance and style of fabrics vary,and the evaluation methods are various.However,in the current textile market,the style evaluation of knitted fabrics used in business apparel has not formed a systematic and efficient means,resulting in the quality of knitted suit fabrics.Using neural network technology,we can evaluate and predict the style of a large number of fabrics,and quickly find out the factors which have great influence on knitted business dress from many performance indexes,in order to improve the quality of knitted suit fabric,a deep exploration is made.This topic aims at how to evaluate and predict whether the knitted fabric has the performance and style applied in the field of business dress quickly and effectively,the performance characteristics and requirements of knitted fabric used in business dress are judged primarily through the fabric basic performance test The pattern and neural network model of fabric samples were established by using clustering analysis,principal component analysis and pattern and neural network technology,through the input performance index through the mold and calculation to evaluate the overall style of the fabric evaluation,used to judge the quality of knitted suit fabric.Firstly,knitted fabric was designed on the knitting machine with cotton yarn,wool and polyester fiber,and the suitable structure of the knitted suit fabric and the machine number of the equipment parameters are studied.This paper explores the process principle in the development process of knitted suit fabric,and determines the post-finishing process technology and so on.According to the design example,the design method of knitted suit fabric is summarized and refined.Secondly,knitted fabrics were tested and compared with the traditional woven suit fabric,in-depth study of cotton knitted fabric and wool knitted fabric application and business clothing performance advantages and principles,and explore the relationship between performance indicators and fabric basic parameters,it provides a certain reference basis for developing knitted fabrics for commercial use.Thirdly,add the sample of knitted suit fabric,design and develop the fabric and test the fabric style,build the mold and neural network model.Using Principal Component Analysis(PCA)to screen the characteristic parameters,seven parameters,T100,Bwarp,Bweft,Gleft Oblique,Gright oblique,E20warp,E20weft,were selected as the input factors of the model The collected fabric samples are classified by cluster analysis,and training samples.Test Samples and verification samples are selected from each class.The structure of model is 7-14-1.It is built by matlab software,the synthetic evaluation on the fabric style of knitted suit fabric is carried out,and the synthetic evaluation value is output.The influence of input factors on the comprehensive evaluation value was analyzed.Using the established mold and neural network model to predict the fabric style of 5 kinds of knitted suit fabric,the output value was obtained.Finally,the evaluation results are compared to verify the accuracy of the model,and the feasibility and objectivity of the model and neural network model in the evaluation of knitted suit fabric style are verified.This paper explored how to improve the performance and quality of knitted suit fabrics from the design of fabric,performance evaluation.The neural network model was built by fuzzy neural network technology.It was through the model and the calculation of the output comprehensive value of the fabric style test index data,the organization structure,the performance index and the style characteristic of the knitted suit fabric were analyzed and evaluated.It had certain theoretical significance and practical value.
