With the increasingly serious issues such as air pollution and the greenhouse effect, carbon emissions gradually attracted people’s attention. At the same time, recycling of carbon dioxide in many areas of industry, agriculture, food and so on, have a wide range of applications. Therefore, while reducing air pollution, We can use resources reasonablely.This paper mainly studies the process of carbon dioxide recycling and its analog computing, which would save cost, reduce unnecessary time, and different process conditions are estimated in a short period of time. First, we design the process of CO2absorption with Aspen Plus process simulation software. This process mainly consists of three parts, they were desulfurization> absorption regeneration and Distillation. Industrial-grade or food grade requirements can be achieved after three Section recycling of CO2。The simulation of this article focused on the following aspects:materials and energy constant calculation, the tower hydraulics calculations, and simple calculations of the heat exchanger.The constant calculation of material and energy use the Aspen Plus software, which is a very powerful software, has a comprehensive physical property database, Through the choice of related modules, We can make strict energy and quality equilibrium calculation for the different devices.We can predict the material flow rate, composition and properties, sensitivity analysis and optimization of process conditions. Different section use the corresponding module. Calculation material energy balance for three Sections through Aspen Plus software for different section in the appropriate module.Using the physical property estimation of Aspen Plus, we can calculate the tower basic water mechanical parameters, such as diameter of column, holding the amount of fluid, gas velocity and pressure drop according to the tower water mechanics calculation software KG-TOWER after estimates the main tower’s physical properties.Finally, the heat exchanger has a simple calculation using the corresponding software in Aspen.
