Study On Driving Forces Of Forestry Enterprise Environmental Management In China

The environmental problem such as global climate change, desertification of soil and water loss must be related either directly or indirectly to the decrease about forest resources. Solving the forest problem is the key to solve the forest ecological environment problem above. Forest resources are the foundation of the forestry enterprise. In the production and management process of forestry enterprise, the raw materials procurement procedures, production and processing way directly influence the use of forest resources and forestry development process. Therefore, forestry enterprise environmental management is particularly important, the study on the driving forces of forestry enterprise environmental management, which has important significance, can help to promote forestry enterprises to develop more effective environmental management measures. It has important theoretical and realistic significance.Firstly, the connotation about forestry enterprise environmental management had been defined in the article. Based on a review of related literatures, the key driving force of forestry enterprise’s environmental management had been recognized, and seventeen kinds of driving factors had been proposed and analysed one by one. Then the method of game theory had been used to analyse forestry enterprise environmental management strategy and driving force factors had been ordered according to their importance by the AHP. Lastly, the policy suggestions and prospect had been proposed through the analysis of the results in the research.It was concluded that the discrimination of the importance of driving force factors was very high, so it can be divided into three classes of very important, more important, and general important. Second, the internal and external driving force had the equally important influence. Third, system drivers and efficiency drivers played dominant roles compared with other factors. Fourth, the system drivers have obvious deterrent. The government and the legislature played a key role in the process of promoting the enterprise environment management.At present, the domestic research to forestry enterprise environmental management is not much, especially in evaluation about driving factors of forestry enterprise environment management. In addition, forestry enterprise environmental management had been researched in the view of raw material purchase, the topic and the perspective of the article is unique.
