Stamping is one of the most important forming processes in manufacturing industry, it has many excellent characteristics, such as high efficiency, good accuracy, light quality, low cost and realize mechanization and automation etc. Stamping plays an important role in the modern automobile manufacture, electronic industry, aerospace apartment, and defense industry. The importance of stamping makes more and more attention to the research of the servo press and stamping process.Servo press have possessed the high speed, high precision, large load operation, intelligent, flexibility specialty, because of the successful development of high power AC servo motor and the wide application of frequency conversion technology, due to the rapid development of computer control technology and electric power electronics, as a result of the application of multilink toggle link transmission mechanism on press. Controllability of servo press slide motion curve makes it is possible to optimize stamping process. Based on excellent movement characteristics of the elbow pole type servo mechanical press, this paper researched optimization and simulation of stamping process curve. It’s Content included studying the excellent moving performance of cubits pole type servo mechanical press, using NURBS curve to optimize the stamping process curve and Set a modeling, numerical simulation and experiment of typical optimization stamping process mode. It mainly includes the following details:1). Using NURBS curve to optimize the stamping process curve, researching the weighted factor influence on process curves, according to the displacement, velocity of stamping process to limit the scope of the weighted factor and build appropriate objective function, utilizing the Iteration method to find optimal weight factor that meets the objective function values, and then programming the optimal process curve which satisfys the requirement of the stamping process.2). The triangle toggle link mechanism as a crank press input, the slider output parameter model, the kinetics and kinematics of the model is analyzed. analyzing the excellent characteristics of the toggle link transmission mechanism. Different stamping process mode was discrete dispose;According to the process curve property requirements under different stamping process modes, using NURBS curve to set up displacement time curve model and velocity, acceleration curve model that satisfy the requirements stamping process.3). Based on the finite element software DYNAFORM to set up3d model, for example the deep drawing, typical process modes is researched with numerical simulation experiment, and then analyzing the simulation results.
