The use of coal mine hydraulic support as a fully mechanized working face one of main equipment, in modern compound mining plays a particularly important role, but about hydraulic support posture monitoring theoretical aspects of research is still relatively lack, it is necessary to the theory of hydraulic support attitude monitoring is discussed in this paper.This paper makes a detailed analysis of hydraulic support use process may appear all sorts of postures, establish the support kinematics model, and calculated the support in space components key position. Combined with3D modeling software UG establish hydraulic support of all components geometric model, and the assembly and interference, then the support for movement simulation.In the simulation through the change of top girder obliquity, watch rising from the distance between girder ends of the support、central distance between connecting lugs of the balancing jack as well as the column obliquity of change status, and analyzed.In UG environment, researched hydraulic support moved forward and up column process, observation in the process of the top girder, cover support girder respectively in horizontal and vertical direction of the corresponding velocity and acceleration curve, and analyzed these curves, in order to elaborate in the two process should be noted.In a parallel gesture of top girder and cover support girder of hydraulic support, top girder and the base that respectively on any two position by external function, then the main components of support of top girder、cover girder and base in3d space within the stress analysis, list the analytical expressions, with MATLAB software for solving it.According to the results of the MATLAB work out, and in UG senior simulation environment of the key components of hydraulic support model and the finite element method, through the finite element analysis of hydraulic support, the major components of the whole machine and each part of the force, and for an analysis.Based on kinematic analysis of hydraulic support, set the obliquity of connecting rod, top girder and the base can be measured directly through the tilt sensors, mechanics analysis of hydraulic support, set jack obliquity, pillar of balance obliquity is also through the tilt sensors measure directly.So in the final to tilt sensors choice is expounded, and the installation position analysis.The study further perfected the hydraulic support the theoretical basis of the attitude monitoring, this paper with modeling and simulation method for other relevant research for reference.
