| The NC cutting machine is mainly used for cutting sheet metal processing. Meanwhile, it has great applications in the industrial field. The cutting machine NC system is the core of the device control unit, applying for motion and cutting process control. This system includes some parts such as the computer, HMI, motion controllers, servo drives, I/O control circuit and other components.This paper introduces a method, which is based on the PC104industrial computer and motion control chips PCL6025flame. It also is a design method of hardware and software, with development of equipping with the technical requirements of industrial on-site cutting machine NC system.In the first part, the paper explains the design programmer about the cutting machine CNC system. By comparing to a variety of programs, It ultimately determines hardware platform that based on the PC104industrial computer and PCL6025motion controller, and the software development platform based on DJGPP. In the process, all the kinds of programs of the economy, development effort, stability and reliability, on-site adaptability, were analyzed.Research of numerical control system is divided into hardware design, software design and system testing.The system makes the PC104industrial computer and other hardware connects the computer to the PC104bus. This paper describes the definition of PC104interface signals and interface circuit design, motion controller and servo drive interface circuit design, digital I/O circuit design and system Power supply design.For software design of the system, firstly, the paper describes the characteristics of DJGPP development platform and application, and then explains the development of motion control and the language of CNC processing, including PCL6025driver, NC language Grammar Check, Machining program document processing, Interpretation and implementation of processing document Implementation of automatic processing functions.In order to satisfy the request of industrial scene, the paper analyzes CNC cutting machine, carries out the reliability and stability design, and highlights the variety of testing in temperatureã€vibration and thunder strike and so on.This thesis applies for many research methods, including theoretical analysis, experimental testing and field-testing, and finally, with the experimental data and field tests, we prove the correctness of the approach of my viewpoints. |
