The Control System Development Of Automatic Patching Pocket Machine

Automatic patching pocket machine is used for jeans and shirt pocket sewing operations, which has the characteristic of convenient operation, time saving and efficiency, and continuous sewing. And what’s more, it can satisfy the actual demands of automatic production in factory. The control system of automatic patching pocket machine is on the basis of the platform of traditional computer sewing machine, and it combined the technology of PLC control system, and highly automated control system of patch pocket machine, which can realize the full-automatic operations of flanging, reclaiming and sewing. This paper studies on the key technology of the control system of the automatic patch pocket machine, and consists of the following four parts.1) The design of the general scheme. Analyzing the development of the patching pocket machine at home and abroad, on the basis of the functional requirements, determine the control model of the control system and the hardware configuration of upper and lower system. Analyzing the software architecture of the system, determine the control scheme of control system, and design the scheme of software implementation.2) The design and implementing of the scheme of upper software system. Using development platform of Windows CE, based on a multivariate sewing pattern format, put forward the implementation scheme of working code. Design the algorithm of break entity and substantiating the code, to realize the pattern edit. And complete the design and implementation of the communication module.3) The design and implementing of the scheme of lower software control system. According to function modules of lower system and the general control process, design the control scheme of the automatic patching pocket and IO. Realize the information extraction of working code and logic motion control.4) The test and experiment of the control system. Introducing the test work before the commissioning of control system and the custom operations of pattern files, then the sewing effect test, ensure the sewing control results of patching pocket right.The test results show that the control system of automatic patching pocket machine ultimately has reached the predefined indicators. Now realize the transition, launching on the market, and users’ feedback is good.
