Research Of The Control System Software Of Computer Sewing Machine Of Automatic Switching Template

The content of this paper is a sewing machine which is able to deliver and return materials automaticlly when sewing patterns.It is based on the traditional manual deliver and return materials sewing machine, and it can be carried out with the traditional sewing machine and has a high degree of automation. Compared with the traditional sewing machine, its high efficiency, flexible features design can adapt to the modern factory sewing requirements for highly Automation, the study of sewing machine which is able to deliver and return materials automaticly can meet the market demand for it.The Research Status and trends at home and abroad is analyzed. According to the requirements of automatic exchange and sewing control, HMI hardware system is based on ARM Cortex-A8 and the lower machine is 6-axis motion controller hardware platform.The CAD / CAM software in general System Structure is analyzed, the wrap material software implementations is determined.The Win CE operating system is used, and the mainstream design file format of sewing industry is analyzed. With the data structure of the sewing pattern, a new sewing frame structure is designed. The new BASE data format is defined, focus has been put on the design principle of PC processing code, the general input and output of IO port and the user interface which is based on MFC dialog. The modify and conversion mode of the pattern files is analyzed, the way of record at the point of convergence of information placed on the design of sewing codes is defined. on this basis, the modification and conversion of processing code without distortion has been designed. Binding pattern sewing operation,code visualization simulation has been analyzed and combined.The development approach of bit machine motion control software has been designed,the upper and lower machine data exchange were analyzed. Combining with sewing techniques, focus has been put on the way of the extraction and export of the processing code and the motion control process of automatic delivering and returning has been designed.By analysis of the work principle of the machine, a design of zeroing compensation has been put forward and the key parameters of the NC system has been debugged to ensure good sewing effect.Finally, the test of automatic delivering and returning is carried out and the work efficiency is improved significantly.
