On The Practical Wisdom Of Arne Naess’s Deep Ecology

Norway ecological ethicist Arne Naess, as the deep ecology founder, his theory is called " ecological wisdom", not only sets more complete theoretical for the creation of deep ecology, but also attaches great importance to practice and actively participate in the deep ecological movement. This article attempts from the practical perspective,to study and research mainly by Arne Naess and deep ecology in specific circumstances the views and actions of strategy, deeply excavate Arne Naess’s deep ecology in practice for the current human wisdom, how to practice and how to conduct practice and provide methods on the guide, for the popular ecological crisis and environmental problems of suffering in humans providing a scientific and effective ethical wisdom.This paper consists of three parts.The first part mainly analyzes the research of practical wisdom of Arne Naess’s deep ecology of necessity. The first one is the reality of ecological environmental problems needing to be solved by Arne Naess’s deep ecology guide. Then, discusses the shallow ecology care practices and methods due to its limitations, can not fundamentally solve the survival crisis of the people, requing a "deep" practical wisdom to lead the current human practical activities.The second part focuses on expounding the practical wisdom of Arne Naess’s deep ecology in the main performance. Firstly it points out the deep ecologists need to follow the minimum damage, sustainable development, ecological justice, nonviolence ecological ethics of practical principles. Secondly, Arne Naess advocates everybody should practice more, mainly from the four aspects of specific ethical operation strategy to support their practical wisdom, which opens to the strategy for resources protection, radical ecological strategies of resistance, the former green politics, deeply personal life strategy. Again, it points out that Arne Naess’s deep ecology ethical practical value, which not only contains a holistic ecological wisdom in practice, but also has a post-modern dimension of ecological practical wisdom.The third part emphatically explains the practical wisdom of Arne Naess’s deep ecology of contemporary reflection. According to practical wisdom of Arne Naess’s deep ecology of rational thinking, reveals its contribute to the awakening of the human species on natural ethic of care, contribute to the achievement of global environmental justice, contribute to enhance the social environment ethics, contribute to develop contemporary enlightenment of low carbon life idea.
