| The filling system is confronted with troublesome challenges with the increasing mining depth and shortening filling times-line. Enlightened by the solid-liquid two phase theory, the gravity pipeline system was simulated by ANSYS/FLOTRAN for optimization to the filling in Huangshaping mine. The parameters and measures for optimizing the pipe flow characteristics were proposed, which would provide references for the slurry pipeline transportation in Huangshaping mine in future. The research contents and results are as follows:(1)The solid-liquid two phase theory on slurry transportation home and abroad was summarized. The influencing factors causing two phase flow resistance loss were analased. A feasible and suitable hydraulic gradient was determined for using in Huangshaping slurry pipeline transportation by comparing and contrasting the relevant practices and experiences.(2) Study on the techniques of reducing the pressure to pipelines, cutting down pipeline wear and ensuring full package was performed.(3) By laboratory test and field investigation, the physical properties of filling materials used in Huangshaping mine were obtained. In addition, the current working filling system was calculated and verified to make the arrangement of transporting pipelines be visible.(4) ANSYS/FLORTRAN simulation was carried out to explore the preexisting pipeline transporting system. The optimal parameters and measures guaranteeing ideal slurry transportation were developed from such aspects of simulating optimization as slurry concentration, transporting speed, pipeline diameters and their combinations and pipeline arrangements etc. |
