Study On Transportion Optimization Of Jiangxi Refined Oil Pipeline

With the continuous optimization and transformation of the distribution mode of refined oil,pipeline transportation has the characteristics of little external influence,high safety performance,less environmental pollution and low transmission loss.Its advantages lie in convenience,safety and low consumption.At present,each country prefers pipeline transportation in the distribution of refined oil logistics.Based on a detailed review of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper analyses the development of China's current oil product pipeline transportation network and the upgrading of pipeline transportation technology.Taking Jiangxi oil product pipeline transportation as an example,this paper expounds the current coverage and operation status of the pipeline network.Combined with the development planning of the pipeline network,it is found that the pipeline transportation capacity is restricted and the management machine is used.Problems such as unreasonable structure and configuration,incomplete security management information system,etc.In order to solve these problems,the optimization and perfection schemes are formulated: improving the storage structure configuration,re-planning the distribution path,and upgrading the technology of process operation.At the same time,in order to provide basic guarantee for the optimization scheme,four safeguard measures are put forward: improving business management organization,establishing information technology management system,formulating matching performance appraisal management methods,implementing process monitoring and system evaluation to ensure the smooth development of the optimization scheme.Based on the analysis of distribution network distribution status,transportation capacity constraints and safety measures of Jiangxi refined oil pipeline,the distribution mode of Jiangxi pipeline and the direction of improving pipeline transportation capacity are obtained.Suggestions on optimizing pipeline transportation network,warehouse center construction and integrity management aregiven to promote the development of Jiangxi refined oil pipeline network.
