With the development of Huibaoling iron ore mining area, mining depth have been further increased, the change of filling times line, pipe resistance and other aspects will be more detrimental to production, and there will be some problems in filling system, so it is necessary for the filling system of Huibaoling iron ore to get some improvement. Based on the numerical simulation method and combined with pipeline transportation theory, summarized the previous research results, calculated the stability of gravity pipeline of Huibaoling iron ore and simulated by ANSYS Workbench, then selected the pipeline related parameters,provided some guidance for safe and efficient production of Huibaoling iron ore. The research contents and work are as follows:(1) This paper analyzed the existing basic theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow, summarized the relevant research results, studied the movement state of the filling body, and selected the formula of the hydraulic gradient suitable for the Huibaoling iron mine.(2) This paper determinated the filling material and calculated the related parameters of it, including the mass concentration, viscosity,Reynolds number, critical flow velocity and working flow velocity.(3) ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the existing pipe transportation system of Huibaoling iron mine, and another simulation was carried out from two aspects of concentration and flow rate to put forward some relevant suggestions. |
