The paper reconstituted tobacco have been internationally recognized used as the tar means, and it also has been recognized by the domestic tobacco industry. Paper reconstituted tobacco used in the cigarette has become an industry consensus, and the domestic market the demand of paper reconstituted tobacco also increases rapidly in the domestic market.In this thesis, firstly, we determine that the best add points of Chitosan is13#slurry tank, dosage of Chitosan as15%, and the dosage of wood pulp fiber was determineed at5%, also we investigated the polysaccharide solution save time, and the results showed that it had good stability within48hours.By comparison, the preferred raw materials were the end of the tobacco and stem of the tobacco. We study the optimum extraction conditions of nicotine in the tobacco material, and the extraction time was55min, extraction temperature was60℃, solid-liquid ratio of1:12, and We also determine the optimal enrichment conditions, the enrichment temperature of60℃, pH value of4.By adding FRP cooling towers, Condensate recovery pool, Cooling water recovery tank, enhanceing the measures of the condensate, we Improved Condensate recovery efficiency, extend the life of the machine, save the money, and improve efficiency.Three strains of better sewage treatment ability were obtained after screening and rescreening, and uniform design method was used to optimize the culture medium, the result showed that the best nutrient formula as follows:NaH2PO40.34g/L, MgSO4·7HO21.6g/L, CaCl20.4g/L.The best residence time of sewage treatment was determined at36h. Considering the decolorization degree、clarity、growth conditions and the COD removal rate of four factors,degradation sewage works best when three bacteria were mixed.Microorganisms for the production of wastewater treatment in a pilot plant showed better degradation effect, a maximum COD removal efficiency of80%in36h.36h after the COD removal efficiency began to decline. In the pilot plant, Microorganisms showed better degradation effect in wastewater treatment, and the maximum COD removal efficiency is80%in36h, after that the COD removal efficiency beganing to decline.
