| As the truths that part of oilfields in our country are far away from each other, the environment in the job site is complex, transport and communications equipments are backward, and most data is recorded manually to report the production for the oilfield management information system, we carries out the wildcat production system based on GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) to speed up the construction of oil production management automation, information technology and security equipment. The system can also achieve the goals of exploratory information collection and remote monitoring in order to share the parameters of wildcat production system.The system consists of the on-site collection center and the remote monitoring center. The on-site collection center based on embedded board that includes sensors, isolation modules, collection terminals and the GPRS modules can collect the pressure of the fluid, flow and velocity in order to receive data, process data and transmit remotely. The remote transmission base on the GPRS technology is utilized for data transmission between lower computer and remote monitoring center. The remote monitoring software developed by Visual C++can manage the information of the wildcat production system.This article completed the construction of hardware platform of collection terminal based on embedded systems, the software of on-site processing center and remote monitoring center. The testing and debugging in the oilfields can prove that the system can meet the requirements of the technical indicators for the monitoring system. |
