| Methanol sewage,produced on gas field,has two steps to be treated,generally including pre-treatment which use the chemical flocculation and corrosion inhibitor technology and single tower distillation which is operated on atmospheric pressure to recovery methanol.Methanol content of sewage changes with injection methanol quantity to gas well,range up to10%to50%.With operation basing on experience,the treatment effect is poor efficiency when the sewage quality changes on large-scale.This paper has optimized the operation parameters about pre-treatment unit and distillation unit because distillation effect is directly related with pre-treatment results, and the optimized results could guide operatios of the units.The conclusions of the study are:1)By experimental study,the optimized amount of treatment agent-sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide,PAC and PAM-has been found out to purify the methanol sewage.2)The foaming performance of sewage containing1#,2#or3#foam agent has been studied by experiment,correspondingly the defoaming experiment of sewage that would be able to produce foam has been conducted to confirm the defoaming measure.3)The process simulation software PRO/Ⅱ has been applied to establish a model of methanol recovery tower,to simulate and analyze the operating parameters.With the single index whole tower performance diagram and single tray performance diagram applied,a conclusion,that the stripping section operating was serious leakage, has been reached by calculating hydrodynamics of the recovery tower.The operating parameters of the recovery tower have been optimized by adjusting the temperature of feed and reflux.Optimized results can not only ensure the mass transfer requirements but also guarantee the stability of the tower hydrodynamics during the production. |
