In this paper, subsurface safety valve testing and functional testing to verify the relevant international standards, designed a test system is subordinate to the fluid subsurface safety valve integrated test system. Subsurface safety valve is the key to maintain safe production of oil and gas wells, this system is of great significance to the independent research and development of subsurface safety valve.In this paper, the principle of subsurface safety valve structure was analyzed, And API14A subsurface safety valve testing standards has been studied. On this basis, to ensure comprehensive testing system, the liquid reached the advanced level of technology.Modular design has been used in this system, and it was combined of liquid testing mounting platform, valve cabinet, diesel-driven mud pump, pipelines and accessories. The paper complete the analyse and selection for each part of the hydraulic principle and main components.This liquid test system cooperate with supporting system complete commission-ing and passed several test. It could realize testing automation, data collection and analysis, test report automatic generation. It has several advantages such as quick test, easy to maintain and upgrades, good operating environment. The result of test could prove that the test system achieved the goal and satisfied the API14A subsurface safety valve testing standards requirement. |
