Coal industry to achieve the safe, efficient, intensive production increases the requirement of the degree of automation of the production equipment of fully mechanized coal face. The electro-hydraulic directional control valve is a core control component in the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system and the pros and cons of their performance is directly related to the safety and productivity of the entire mechanized mining face. To coordinate the development of the electro-hydraulic valve and meet its efficient maintenance or factory performance test. This paper developed a highly efficient, high precision, intelligent test bed of the electro-hydraulic directional control valve. This paper mainly studies the following aspects:According to the coal industry test standards of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic directional control valve, combined with the actual needs, this dissertation determine the test content, method and requirement index of the electro-hydraulic directional control valve, and proposed the performance requirements of the test bench, then determine the overall design scheme of the test bench.This dissertation designs test-bed hydraulic system with the modular design thought then designed the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system. This dissertation does some research on the structural design and calculation of the main parameters of the two-way pressurized cylinder and double acting cylinder. In addition, this dissertation analyzed and checked the pressure loss and hydraulic shocks of the hydraulic system, and took the corresponding measures. This paper designs the hardware part of the test rig measurement and control system in detail, and analyzes the selection of the key components such as industrial PC, sensors, data acquisition card. In the signal conditioning module design, Ⅰ/Ⅴ conversion circuit and the voltage pulse signal attenuation circuit is designed. This article also designed the system interface circuit including the drive and isolation circuit of between the interface and the actuator. Moreover, the generating mechanism and the types of system interference is specifically analyzed, and the anti-jamming program is designed.Based on the LabVIEW software development platform, this paper completed the development and implementation of the software for the measurement and control system by adopting the idea of modularization. The following function module is design:data input and output, data processing, data storage and display, test report generation and print, and human-computer interface. This paper designs the multi-channel loop data acquisition VI of the pressure signal acquisition, contrasts two methods between counter input and analog input, and set a program for adopting counter input to measure electrical pulse; Some data processing methods are also studied including excised gross error,average filtering and LabVIEW own filter. Virtual instrument software panel is designed using the object-oriented design thought, and design scheme of man-machine interface is developed.The test of test bench and its measurement and control system prove that they can meet the requirements.
