The preparation process, electrochemical property, composition andstructure, and mechanical and magnetic property of the electroless Fe-Ni-Balloy with rare earth joined have been studied. The optimum formulation ofelectroless Fe-Ni-B alloy was confirmed using perpenpular method, theeffects of Ce on the process of electroless Fe-Ni-B alloy were analyzed. Theelectrochemical property of electroless bath was tested,and the influences ofboth components and rare earth element on the cathode reduce werediscussed. In order to gain the magnetic Fe-Ni-B coating with excellentproperties, the mechanism of action and influence of rare earth on process,composition and structure, morphology, mechanical and magnetic propertyof electroless Fe-Ni-B alloy were analyzed. The results show that the bestmass ratio in bath two main salt’s is4:1, the soft magnetic property wasoptimized with addition of main salts.The stability of electroless anddeposition rate of Ni2+increase with the addition of ethylenediamine.Thedeposition rate and the stability of bath increase,The irregular cord-like cellon surface of alloy refine, the corrosion resistance and soft magnetic ofFe-Ni-B coating increase with addition of the rare earth Ce....
