Since the eight’s of last century, the China’s nation economy is developed rapidly, the people’s living standard is improved constantly, the beer industry has been developed rapidly. In the process of producing beer, large number of waste alkali liquid which the concentration is at0.80-0.85%is generated after washing the recovery bottle and scrubbing the pot body. Waste alkali liquid belongs to the high turbidity, corrosive special industrial wastewater, discharged intermittent. Alkali waste liquid with high alkali concentration, it can cause the instantaneous changes of effluent quality in waste water treatment plant and the irreversible effect on the biological processing unit. The main treatment is adding acid to adjust the alkali concentration and then discharged directly, that treatment is caused the additional acid consumption and the waste of effective alkali components in the waste alkali liquid, it can’t meet the requirement of cleaning production and not conducive to reduce the production costs. Therefore, it is necessary to purify and recycle the waste alkali liquid, solving the problem of waste alkali liquid in the beer industry to carry out cleaner production.Take the dragon spring brewery of Benxi as the basis, put forward a scheme for recycling of waste alkali liquid. Collected workshop washing waste lye and wine producing plant pot washing waste liquid and purification treatment. The alkali liquid which was treated is reused to workshop and is used in preparation the new alkali, it is achieved the purpose of reuse from the saving alkali and water. The three scheme of coagulation sedimentation-ceramic membrane filtration,the coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration and the free setting-sand filtration is proposed. Take the waste alkali liquid which is collected from the beer factory and conduct related experimental study. Through the simulation of bottle washing machine cleaning conditions, the effect of purified alkali liquid on the cleaning bottles is study, the water quality standard of waste alkali liquid purified degree is sure, turbidity is less than10NTU and COD is less than340mg/L. The control conditions of coagulation sedimentation are that temperature is at45-65℃, the setting time is at30-45min, the dosage of PAC is at100-120mg/L. The water quality of waste alkali liquid treated by coagulation sedimentation are that the turbidity is at17-20NTU,COD is at580-620mg/L and the alkali concentration is at0.73-0.75%.The control conditions of ceramic membrane filtration are that the membrane pore size is at800nm,the transmembrane pressure is at0.18-0.20mPa,the temperature is at30-40℃.The water quality of waste alkali liquid treated by ceramic membrane filtration are that the turbidity is at6.5-8.0NTU,COD is at280-320mg/L and the alkali concentration is at0.67-0.71%.The sand filtration is used to filter the waste alkali water, filtration material is quartz sand and filtration rate is at9m/h,the thickness of ceramic filter layer is60cm,the speed of filtration is at15-20cm/h, the water quality of waste alkali liquid treated by sand filtration are that the turbidity is at8.3-9.8NTU,COD is at279-305mg/L and the alkali concentration is at0.66-0.70%.Free setting time is controlled at72h,the supernatant water’s turbidity,COD and alkali concentration is44.3NTU,987mg/L和0.71%.The three process of coagulation sedimentation-ceramic membrane filtration,the coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration and the free setting-sand membrane filtration is operated link. The characteristics of coagulation sedimentation-ceramic membrane filtration,the coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration and the free setting-sand filtration are analyzed from technology and economic. All of the process can achieved the purpose of waste alkali liquid cleaning and recovery, the stable operation time of coagulation sedimentation-ceramic membrane filtration is short, the cleaning frequency and treating cost is high. The stable operation time of coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration is extended, the cleaning frequency and treating cost is reduced. The free setting-sand filtration process has the advantages of simple operation, low processing cost, but the using time is long and treatment effect is not stable.By using the process of coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration for purifying waste lye can achieve effectively the purpose of waste alkali liquid cleaning and reusing, improved the utilization rate of resources, reduced the cost of beer production. Make the beer industry production in high-risk waste water to meet the requirement of clean production, it has engineering application value.
