Electrolytic Manganese enterprises are the industrial enterprises with high of comsumption resources and energy, and heavy pollution. As Electrolytic Manganese enterprises are developing quickly, it also produces more serious environmental pollution and ecological problems, so keeping enterprise Electrolytic Manganese enterprises developing steadily is an important Subject, and clean production is an effective way for enterprises' sustainable development. This paper introduced the surveyof Electrolytic Manganese industry and clean production at home and abroad, and then took the cleaner production audits of Jinrui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. , Guizhou branch, Guizhou Songtao Sanhe Manganese Industry Co. , Ltd. for instance, strating from the seven steps of planning and organization , Pre-assessment, evaluation, the selection and screening programmes, feasibility analysis, was given a more detailed analysis on cleaner production audit was given and the initial accomplishment of the two companies made by example setting activities was summarised also and other aspects in need of further improvement was put forward. Then it analyzed the clean production potential of the Guizhou Electrolytic Manganese enterprises and estimated their benefits, and explained the importance of cleaner production implementation of Guizhou Electrolytic Manganese enterprises and waste residue reclamation. Finally, from three aspects of goal and direction of cleaner production, measures and audit methods, this paper gave some advices for the full implementation of cleaner production in Guizhou Province Electrolytic Manganese enterprises and also provided the high costs programme for cleaner production--- the optimization parameters for residue resources Manganese Java pulp washing technology.
