The current of globalization of world economy is increasingly apparent,every country’s international trade business also has been fast development, somecompanies can be very convenient used of foreign resources to achieve theirproducts. As the level of the domestic industry is relatively backward, somecomposite precision or reliability of the mold in terms of developed countries arerelatively backward, led to many companies use foreign advanced tools to achievethe product. Import complex mold set forth requirements for a valid connectionbetween the die and machine. Therefore, the development an appropriate controlsystem to achieve the effective connection of imported molds and domesticmachine tool is very urgent taskIn this paper, composite tooling and pressing machine to achieve coordinationand control as a starting point, via PLC module to achieve the effective compositemold and machine connection, and the use of PLC simulation software to achievemotion control analysis. The system uses a portable control panel and an operationbutton box consisting of independent control system, through the electrical cablesthat are detachable to connect stamping machine control systems and complexcontrol systems in the form of mold. The main electrical components andpneumatic solenoid system concentrated in the main control cabinet installation,commissioning and instruction of various functional elements focus on the controlpanel layout to achieve two kinds of manual and automatic mode of operation,and equipped with emergency stop button on the control panel, enabling easyoperation and maintenance of a simple control system requirements.Paper first law of motion of the composite mold analysis, then movement basedon the analysis of relay, PLC and microprocessor technology for a comprehensivecomparison, then to select the PLC program for the system development. In the end,in this paper have finished the compound stamping die control system hardwareand software development, then to simulation debug the developed of controlsystem.
