This paper introduces the measuring and controlling system of the Full Automatic Straightening Machine. The center of the measuring and controlling system is the industrial computer IPC-610.The peripheral equipment includes sensor, step motor, servo motor and Programmable Logic Controller.This paper mainly includes three parts:1. The whole measuring and controlling system is studied, and the hardware structure is determined. Data acquisition, PLC control and motor control are realized through PCL818L Card, PCI1756 Card and PCI 1240 Card.2. The mathematical model for the acquired data is built. Straightness error is evaluated through Least Squares Method.3. The step motor control program, PLC control program and data acquisition program are designed in the MFC developing environment of Visual C++ 6.0. Disk file and database file are created to save acquired data and to carry out history statistic and query. |
