| As an important mean for municipal solid waste reduction, harmlessness andresource recovery, classified collection has been paid more and more attention. Though thenumber of domestic city, which hurried to start the implementation of waste classifiedcollection, raised constantly, rarely see one well carried out. With the phenomenon ofgarbage surrounding city is increasingly serious, and the crisis of municipal solid wastepollution intensifies, as well as the other cities, tourist city will surfers the same hazards,such as the damage and pollution on its ecological environment and natural resources.What’s more and worse, the city appearance affected would probably give bad impressionsto the tourists, thus directly hinder the city tourism development.This paper analyzed the characteristics of municipal solid waste pollution undertourism industry development, summarized the solid waste classified collection models havebeen implemented in other domestic cities and their lessons. On the base of environmentalethics, environmental capacity and life circle theory of tourism city, this research usedtwo-factor theory from management science to analyze the motivation factors, healthyfactors and restrictive factors that affect the promotion of classified collection. Then tookKunming city for example, according to its municipal solid waste treatment status, wastecomponent and socio-economic situation, each functional division was given severalclassification schemes. Next, apply the matter-element extension analysis tocomprehensively assess above models from three aspects, which were environmentalbenefits, economic benefits and technical difficulty. The comprehensive evaluation indexeswere established by combination of related indexes from environmental ethics andenvironmental capacity and statistical data from practical investigation. Through comparingthe evaluate criterions of each index, the best classification scheme can be selected. Inaddition, the evaluate results by using Classical analytic hierarchy process were comparedwith those by using matter-element extension analysis, and finally determined thecomprehensive classification model currently appropriate for Kunming city was hierarchicalclassification according to different sources. |
