On the basis of the research on heavy-duty servo mechanical pressesand GFsets theory, a novel type of mechanical presses driven by threeservo motor in parallel is proposed and then is improved to enhance itspracticability in engineering practice. Besides, some relatively overallanalysis and research on these presses are undertaken. The specificcontents are as follows.The current research status of heavy-duty servo mechanical pressesboth at home and abroad as well as configuration synthesis of parallelmechanism is introduced, and then the research and application oftrajectory planning of stamping process is illustrated briefly.Based on GFsets theory, several parallel servo mechanical presses aredesigned and this novel type driven by three servo motor is selected andimproved to enhance its practicability. And then, the inverse and forwardkinematics analyses and dynamic analyses are conducted.The mechanical reliability and reliability of kinematic accuracy areintroduced concisely. The fuzzy theory is adopted into the research onkinematic accuracy of slider so that a novel computing method of fuzzyreliability of kinematic accuracy is obtained.The trajectory planning of stamping process and application ofNURBS curve are introduced, and then six main stamping modes areillustrated and fitted by NURBS curve. |
