Press is widely used in the field of metal forming. Meanwhile, in the automotive, mold, aerospace, household appliances and other fields, it also has a wide range of applications. In recent years, because of rapid development of manufacturing industry in China Sheet metal processing technology has made great progress. Because the development direction of part processing becomes complex, traditional mechanical press has been unable to meet the demand. In the automotive industry, the traditional mechanical press has been gradually replaced by the servo press. Servo press with its high flexibility, intelligence, high efficiency, high precision and environmental protection skills and other advantages, become a major development trend of the press. Scholars from all over the world have made a lot of breakthroughs in the research of the servo press. As a kind of servo press, hydraulic servo press has no product in China.The mechanical servo press can change the track of the Slide according to the process, the production efficiency is high, the forming quality of the workpiece is good, and the noise of the equipment is significantly reduced. However, the requirement of the servo motor is very high, which requires the servo motor to have a large output power. In this paper, a new type of hydraulic servo press is designed. Under the control of the hydraulic cylinder, the demand for the power of the servo motor is greatly reduced.This paper introduces the structure and function of the new type of servo press. And a new type of six link transmission mechanism is designed. Also the mathematical model of the six link transmission mechanism is set up in this paper.This paper also carries on the project implementation plan design to the hydraulic system of the new type of hydraulic servo press. According to the technical requirements, this paper puts forward two kinds of hydraulic servo control scheme; the principle of the two schemes are described in detail; the scheme of hydraulic system based on two kinds of control schemes is also given; finally, the design of the related parameters based on the two system schemes is also carried out.
