The alcohol industry is the national economy important basic raw materialsindustry, widely used in chemical industry, food industry, cosmetic, medical andhealth fields. Alcohol production in China is the main raw material such as corn,potato starch materials. Alcohol contamination in food and fermentation industry oneof the most serious polluters.The alcohol industry pollution to the water pollution is the most serious,production process waste water mainly from the distillation of fermented from alcoholproduction equipment, washing water, washing water, and cooking, saccharification,fermentation, distillation process cooling water. Alcohol wastewater is highconcentration, high temperature, high suspension of organic wastewater, treatmenttechnology starts earlier, development is rapidder.Alcohol although non-toxic, but the pollution load is high, acid. The solid-liquidseparation, filter residue to produce DDG, filtrate some reuse in alcohol production, inpart by Anaerobic+aerobiotic+depth treatment process. The method of CODremoval rate can reach99%or more. After years of research and practice, has beenshown to be a feasible effective processing method, obtained the domestic and foreigngeneral recognition and application. China’s current Alcoholic Wastewater TreatmentProject in the vast majority of adopted this technology.In this paper, the alcohol production practice experience, discusses the use of plateand frame filter+anaerobic aerobic process for UASB+CASS+MBR advancedtreatment process for treatment of alcohol wastewater with high concentration, andmake full use of waste water treatment of by-products to increase the practiceexperience of economic benefits.Treatment technology of waste liquid first settling, settling down strong badreciprocating pump into the frame for forced extrusion, pressure to achieve5kilograms, extruding liquid and SS in cloth, eventually forming water content about65%crude protein feed, Lek under the Yellow opaque liquid, down to approximately30000COD.Over flow type anaerobic sludge reactor (UASB) as the representative of theanaerobic reactor with high efficiency, the sludge in concentrations of up to100-150 g/L, the removal efficiency can reach80%~95%. Volatile acid (VFA) is less than800mg/L, COD removal rate is above95%. Organic load has been in the6.0kgCOD/m3around.D, fermentation back flow is maintained in the1/3, keep thenumber of bacteria is stable, stable operation.CASS process for treatment of temperature at30degrees C, the pH value was setat7DO2.5mg/L, dissolved oxygen in the water, the COD control in the range of800~1800, the effluent effect is very good, COD stabilized at about50mg/L.Using hollow fiber membrane extraction part water as cooling water return system,extraction of reuse water clear transparent, sensory and indexes are very good,suspended solids and turbidity of close to zero, reducing the exploitation ofgroundwater.The anaerobic section of day of admission COD gross is90000kilograms about,Nissan biogas40000party, for biogas power generation, on the power generation ofabout50000degrees, corresponding to lower the cost of sewage treatment.In determining the above parameters, after a long time of operation, goodtreatment effect, the COD removal rate reached over99%, stable operation.
