Based on the study of the abroad development in wide heavy plate controltechnology, this thesis take a newly built4300mm wide heavy plates in a domesticsteel plant as the example, the automation system hardware and software platform ofthe wide heavy plate mill is introduced in detail. Through the analysis on Plan ViewPattern Control model and the Study of rolling schedule system in wide heavy platemill, combined temperature control model, propose and realize the optimizationmeasures of pre calculation, calculation and adaptive in the process automation. Themain works of this thesis are as follows:(1)The involved control system of4300mm wide heavy plates production line isintroduced comprehensively, the main contents includes: the technology introductionof production line, an overview of equipments, the architecture of automation controlsystem and the framework of the model control system of level2.(2) In process automation, the detailed studies of the rolling force model andtemperature control model, provide a good technology, data base for the future similarstudies. Expounds the realization process of plate rolling schedule system, proposedand implemented the optimizing measures on calculation, calculation and adaptive aspects of plane shape control model, improve the accuracy of plate rolling schedule.In basis automation, at first elaborates the realization process of the temperaturecontrol system, and then describes the implementation process of the three majoroptimize measures.(3) In basic automation, in order to improve the control efficiency of temperaturecontrol model, proposed and implemented a continuous piecewise function curve offlow control technology. Using a prior relationship between the pump motor speedand the pumping liquid flow to determine the motor speed, eventually forming acontinuous piecewise function curve of flow control technology. In cooling watercontrol system, compared with the domestic and foreign traditional PID control andlook-up table feed-forward control method, continuous piecewise function controltechnology can achieve, higher control precision, faster response, better stability.(4) In basic automation, proposed and implemented the automatic variable strokeswing material tracking technology. Using accumulation algorithm, for developingthe automatic variable stroke technique, to change the distribution of heat conductionpoint between the bottom surface of heat slab and the roller table, finally get theuniform bottom surface temperature.(5) In basic automation, proposed and implemented a fuzzy positioningtechnology, optimalize the material micro tracking and improve the efficiency ofbatch-rolling. Aiming at the key point of the tracking accuracy on receiving anddividing plate, using fuzzy positioning technology, combined with micro trackingcorrection technology, improve the plate number in batch-rolling and the trackingprecision.Based on the analysis of rolling performance, after optimization measurescarried out, the thickness difference of steel plate is greatly reduced, the yield rate isgreatly improved. The average pass rate increased0.545%. Basically achieved theanticipated target.In the research of rolling schedule system, this paper only deeply research andanalysis the temperature control model. The rolling schedule is influenced by manyfactors, with the analysis of the present domestic and foreign research presentsituation, after the optimization measures carried out, thickness control problem stillexists. Expect in the future research work of rolling thickness control, for the variousfactors effected rolling schedule system, can be more systematic, targeted to carry out a comprehensive research and analysis, in order to improve for heavy plate millrolling controllability and control precision.
