Oil pumping with sucker rod is a kind of artificial lift methods always plays absolute leading role in the mechanical oil production methods at home and abroad. However, there are also many drawbacks for the unit, such as the efficiency lower, energy consumption, big. For example, the average efficiency of the conventional beam-type pumping system is only 16%~23%. Therefore, the energy-saving of the rod pumping system has become the focus of widespread research. Therefore, the study on system effectiveness of suck-rod pumping system has a very important economic and social significance.On the basis of analytical research for mathematical model of each part efficiency of rod pumping system, efficiency analytical model which is suitable for directional well of low permeable oil field was provided;According to the rod pumping system of the structural characteristics and energy consumption is big problem, and the principle of energy-saving, The overall efficiency of the system is decomposed into the efficiency of the various sub-units. It determined the balance confidence interval of pumping unit and designed the discriminant power method of balance based on the judgement principle of balance degree. Under the condition of load conversion and load keep constant,it using Matlab simulation to analyze the relationship between balance degree and system efficiency of the beam pumping unit It also pointed out the importance of balance degree regulation. Through the analysis of the efficiency factors between the rod pumping system, it gets the main efficiency factors in the process of lifting between the rod pumping system: balance degree, immersible degree, swabbing parameter. By analyzing the various factors that influence the mechanism of rod pumping system, and the sensitivity of parameter changes between balance degree, immersible degree and the pumping through the field experiments and the data simulation, it can provide advice and theoretical basis for the efficiency optimization of rod pumping system.; Therefore with considering the fomula calculation of system efficiency, the evaluation system and the factor analysis is system were founded, in which the qualitative and quantitative pumping unit system were found, in which the qualitative and quantitative pumping unit system efficiency fuzzy optimization was combine. Consequently, the reason of the lower pumping unit system efficiency could be found directly. Moreover, based on the mathematical model, efficiency analysis software of rod pumping system was programmed; It examines the feasibility of this model, and provides a reference solution for the system development of efficiency evaluation in the digitizing pumping system.
