With surging demand of numerical control machine, and the rapid advance ofcomputer technology and modern design technology, the application range of thenumerical control machine tools are increasing, and will keep developing, so assatisfy the needs of the production and processing. In the processing of the existingautomobile engine bearings positioning lip, we can easily find plain milling machine,when the milling machine work, the bearing bushes need to be put into mould byhand, and we can change the location of milling cutter and bottom mold to fixbearing bush. manufacturing technology of automobile bearing in our countryis still relatively low level. The slow development of manufacturing technology, processing equipment is backward, processing the low level of automation, improve bearing life and reliability technology research has failed to make a breakthrough.Investigation of the subject in bearing bush positioning lip milling in home andabroad under the premise of understanding, analysis of the characteristics and thedevelopment tend of the technology, in this article. we present the overall design ofthe bearing bush positioning lip milling, and complete the dynamic analysis,kinematics analysis and the design of part of primary structure. We introduce thedesign process CAD/CAE technology, the use of SolidWorks software to establish athree-dimensional model and motion simulation of bearing bush positioning lipmilling, which makes it more substantial and visual, presents a more intuitiveperformance of the design ideas, so as to shorten the design cycle and improve workefficiency. We are also based on finite element theory, the use of ANSYS, thedynamic analysis of the main shaft of bearing bush positioning lip milling wasanalyzed to verify the structural design is reasonalble and reliable.Bearing bush positioning lip milling in this article is one of the few types ofbearing bush positioning lip milling both domestic and overseas at present, it belongsto an innovative design. With increasing demand of precision of industrial equipment, the demand of the special equipment is become more and more critical, and the needof batch production and high-speed production, which limit the development ofmechanical industry. More and more special used mechines appear one after one, butthere are no special lathes which are used to produce bearing bush in China.Moreover, it is expensive to import the same type lathes and the maintenance chargeis very high. It is vitally necessary to design and produce special purpose machinesby ourselves.
