Design And Analysis On Punch Of Automobile Bearing Bush Positioning Lip

As an important part in mechanical industry,bearing has been widely used and in great demand.Ordinary punches or autonomous simple special punches are used during the punching process of the majority of the current existing domestic automobile bearing bush positioning lip.Despite the low production efficiency,high labor intensity and high accuracy requirements.there is security hidden danger for the operator itself.Due to the reasons above,it is important to design a kind of automatic production level based on the automobile bearing bush positioning lip punching equipment,which can guarantee the personal safety of workers and the production of high qualified rate of the workpiece.Based on the large amounts of investigation on the issue of domestic and foreign-related equipment applications and development trends,according to the structural characteristics and processing technology of bearing pad,the overall design of automobile bearing bush positioning lip punch was raised.Force analysis was done for punching processing and punching mechanism,deducing mechanics model of punching mechanism on deformation of punching processing to the bearing bush positioning lip processing quality impacts.Based on the structural design principle and basic requirements,further completing the overall design of punch according to the design scheme proposed and the punch work load rate.On the basis of the overall design,complete the design of part of primary structure and hydraulic system.By using the Pro/E software to establish a three-dimensional model and motion simulation of automobile bearing bush positioning lip punching,which makes it more substantial and visual,verified the rationality of the structure design.This paper,with the use of software ANSYS Workbench to the punching mechanism finite element analysis,verified the reasonableness of mechanical model through comparison and analysis.At the same time,verified the bearing pad in punching processing,punching mechanism may result in deformation without affecting the processing quality of automobile bearing bush positioning lip.The subject provides a new technology for the future of punching cutting processing for the bearing pad,and it is of great importance for the enterprise to provide a new mode of bearing pad production,showing the practical application value of the device.
