| Waste Incineration disposal’s priority is not whether waste should be burnt or not,but how to burn it more reasonably, and meet the demand of environmental and socialbenefits more. Meanwhile, Chinese cities produce huge amount of trash, which hasbecome a major problem for city development. How to properly handle cities’garbage with the best way is an urgent issue. Nowadays, trash burning powergeneration has become world recognized best garbage processing method, and therehave been mature processing technologies and management experience. However, theproject started quite late in China and develops very slow. Although having been triedin some developed cities, the project’s promotion is not ideal.Technical and economic evaluation is the basis of a feasibility study on theproject from economic side. Macro and micro analysis can provide necessary basisfor investors’ decision making; besides the advanced nature of the technology andequipment, reasonable economy will also bring great profits for the project economyand social benefits. Compared to other projects’ economic evaluation, rash burning powergeneration project shares some similarities, but also has its own industrialcharacteristics. In practice, some new problems need to be resolved.This thesis is an analysis from economics angle about trash-burning power plantproject’s existing problems, and research on investment risk, profit characteristics,economic scale, etc. It puts forward the writer’s own opinions and at the same timeexplores the thinking of trash-burning power plant project’s enterprise operation inChina. |
