The Study Of Operation Mode Of Coal Logistics Center Near The Port Of Fuzhou

In recent years, with the rapid development of modern logistics in China, people pay more attention to the planning and construction of logistics center, and which be the main feature of modern logistics. Study on the logistics center is also increasing. Effective operation mode can improve the efficiency of logistics facilities, and expand the logistics center’s function. However, people pay less attention to the operation mode of logistics center, resulting in the social benefit and economic benefit can’t achieve the desired results.This paper mainly studied the operation mode of Coal logistics center near the port of Fuzhou. The Specific content include the forecast of Fujian province’s coal demand, and the various functions of logistics center, such as procurement, transportation, warehousing, distribution and financial services. At last the article explored the logistics center’s information system structure.About the research methods, this paper used Qualitative forecasting and Quantitative prediction method. First, through the method of qualitative forecast, it forecasted the trend of coal demand. Based on that, by using quantitative prediction methods, which include elasticity coefficient prediction method and neural network analysis, this paper forecasted the total coal demand. The result was more accurate, and based on which we can study the operation mode of coal logistics center.
