With the further development of oil exploration and increasingly complex geologicalconditions, there is an urgent need to understand the perforation pressure in perforating toguide the construction. Due to the high temperature, high pressure and a small testenvironment inside of the perforating gun, so far still no related tester has been successfullyapplied in the oil exploitation. Therefore, research on the inside of the perforating gun’spressure tester is meaningful. The main contents are as follows:(1)Research and design of the tester hardware circuit. Hardware circuit adopts doublecontrol core, including MCU and CPLD.CPLD is used as secondary controller, its mainlyfunction is to provide a working timing in the data acquisition process. FRAM is used as amemory to ensure high-speed data transmission and data storage in case of no power.(2)MCU software program. MCU program includes main program, data acquisitionsubroutine, data read subroutine.(3)The place where the instrument fixed and the structure of the high-strength shell aredetermined by the structure of the102-type perforating gun which often used in oil-fields.(4)The tester’s calibration and simulation environment test. Tester was calibrated in thedrop hammer device, the tester’s simulation environmental testing is carried out in thesimulation chamber pressure calibration system to validate the tester pressure resistance andthe tester sensitivity.
