Three dimensional roll forming is a kind of energy-saving, material-saving and environment-friendly sheet metal forming technology, it can not only shorten the product development cycle and improve production efficiency, but also reduce the hardening product. Three dimensional roll forming develop good to comply with this trend. Three dimensional roll forming needs single pass linkage and multi-pass cooperative movement to realize sheet metal forming. These movements need complex control system to carry out, so the control system hardware system design becomes an important part. The target of the paper is to research control and logic of the control system of the combined debugging software, online debugging and monitoring, data transmission, hardware maintenance, replacement and connection, the requirements of precision machining product. This paper based on the motor drive SINAMICS S120and motion controller D445, constructs control system hardware system that can realize multi-axis linkage and multi-pass space-time cooperative movement. By using the SCOUT software, the construction project, the project configuration, configuration parameters and implementation of system programming are carried on. It control48axes of six passes in the overall, four axis linkage of single pass, multi-pass space-time cooperative movement are achieved.By experimental verification, we can get variable cross-section roll forming motion control hardware system with the advantage of smart data transmission, complicated function, stable operation, safe and reliable. We can realize the variable cross-section roll forming precision control of servo motion.The construction of variable cross-sections roll forming motion control hardware system to which realize the variable cross-section roll forming products manufacturing, provides basic support to produce parts with higher precision, less-weight and more complex components shape. |
