China is a major maritime country, with many vast sea and islands. Under the jurisdiction of the300square kilometers in the sea areas, there are tens of thousands of islands.In China’s economic and social development of the area, island has important status and value in the national rights and interests, safety, resources, ecology, etc. Therefore, the island has become a new marine economy development space, potential and advantages. However, over-exploitation of island ecological development and the environment caused great pressure. For a long time, human activities in the coastal zone are the most frequent areas. And a single model of development is bound to bring destruction on the coastline. So the destruction of the coastline gradually aroused people’s attention. Through collecting the literatures and data, the paper analyses the changes of island coastline, the reason of coastline’s changes and the influence to the island. Based on the tourism resources and development and utilization status etc. the paper takes the Changxing Island as an example and GPS instrument is used to investigate the Changxing Island coastline. The results show that the Changxing Island coastline is composed of sandy coast, bedrock coast and artificial coast. With the development and utilization of island, the length and the type of the coastline have changed. Stretched out the sea, aquaculture and port construction and other activities have caused the natural coastline gradually replaced by artificial breeding shoreline and engineering coast. Marine ecological environment, biological diversity, fishery resources and tourism resources had the influence of different degree. Flow field simulation calculation carry out on the island from the Hulushan bay to Fuzhou bay of waters and analyze the changes of the direction and velocity of flow before and after repair. The repair schemes of intertidal ecosystem restoration and removal of the artificial coastline and rehabilitation of natural shoreline are proposed. Based on island sea wave field simulated data, I analyze the two kinds of schemes and obtain the optimal solutions for the sustainable development of Changxing Island. Outlook of island resources recovery, we can know that the coastline of repair play a very important role on the protection of island resources. Through the study of this paper analysis, providing constructive comments to the development and utilization of island resources.
