There are many kinds of methods to detect marine phytoplankton concentration. Traditional test of chlorophyll by the method of extraction have the defects that the test program consume time and cannot be used for continuous.monitoring. So we unable to get occur, early and real-time data in the first phase. With the fluorescent characteristics of sensitive, rapid and accurate in the application of seawater, chlorophyll detection has become one of hotspots in the field of marine monitoring. Find the rapid detection device of chlorophyll fluorescence to achieve the real-time test can provide a scientific basis for government decision-making of the ocean disaster early warning and accident like red tides, etc.The chlorophyll detector engineering prototype was developed in the early time by using the principle of fluorescence detection. In this paper, the structure and performance of the instrument were tested and optimized and on-site measurement system was established. Thus achieve the characteristic of more portable and the structural design become realize fast and accurate. In this paper, we conducted the following study:1) Discuss the fundamental, structure and feature of the sea water chlorophyll detector at the scene.2) Research on substitute for chlorophyll standard material.3) To establish the sea water chlorophyll measurement in laboratory and make the contrast experiment.4) Test the performance of the instrument. The tests includ:relationship of the linear, accuracy, repetitive, the drift from zero, detection limit and condition test.5) Identify the possible interference factors in the field of the test and find out the solution plans.6) Make test of sea water chlorophyll detector for actual water samples. This research mainly innovation points are Microcystis aeruginosa algae instead of chlorophyll a standard substance used for fluorescence determination of chlorophyll content in lab; the identification of measurement interference factors in chlorophyll content determination test; the establishment of the solution. |
